The mission of Pelchem is to:

• Build the Necsa Group non-uranium fluorochemical portfolio into a sustainable business
• Deliver what is promised safely and responsibly on schedule within specifications and cost competitively
• Ensure security of supply of HF and F2 for a future nuclear fuel program
• Comply with regulatory and stakeholder requirements
• Transform the business and enhance employment equity
• Align with and support the South African Fluorochemical Expansion Initiative (FEI)
